Acute Care/Sick Visits are available and included membership patients who need evaluation and treatment for straightforward, non-emergency medical concerns. Most visits are completed conveniently via telehealth and are designed to be efficient, focused, and clinically appropriate.

Sore throat, cough, congestion, and ear discomfort
Upper respiratory infections, colds, flu-like symptoms and sinus symptoms
Urinary tract symptoms
Gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
Rashes, skin irritation, insect bites, or mild allergic reactions
Pink eye and other minor eye concerns
Medication refills or short-term medication needs related to an acute issue
School or work sick notes when medically appropriate

To make care as accessible as possible, I offer convenient virtual appointments and in-office appointments, in Nocatee Town Center, for those who value a more personal, in-office experience. I also offer home-based visits, to select areas inside and near Nocatee, for an additional fee.
